Banana Pancake

After seeing this post so many times on pinterest and on instagram I decided to make my own banana pancake, also  it’s really easy and healthy.


You only need:

  • 1 Banana (ripe)
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon (if you like)

Banana Pancake

Smash the Bananas with a fork and add the eggs and cinnamon and mix well. Cook it with a little bit sunflower oil or if you want to make it healthier cook with coconut oil.

These pancakes are really good especially for breakfast they are filling and light.

Coconut Cookies Recipe

Coconut cookies? Yes,please! These cookies are always a hit and easy to make. I make them all the time and everyone likes them. That’s why i wanted to share the recipe with you all.

Coconut cookies



  • 1 packet of margarine or butter at room temperature
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 4 cups flour
  • 1 ½ cup of coconut flakes



  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees C.
  2. Knead the flour , margarine , refined sugar , baking powder and eggs except one egg white (to smear later on the dough ) until a soft dough .
  3. Roll dough onto a lightly floured surface and cut it with something round. I used the mouth of a glass.

  5. Rang the egg white with a fork and smear the both sides with a brush. Dip both sides into coconut flakes and lay them on a tray.Coconut Cookies
  6. Bake for about 20-25 minutes in the preheated oven.

Peanut Butter and Banana recipe


I started eating healthy for couple of days now and because of that i started looking for easy recipes on pinterest. I came across this recipe and wanted to try because i looooveeee peanut butter and also banana, and to top it off i used nuts. 

If you like peanut butter and banana than this is for’s delicious, easy and a healthy treat.

You only need a banana, peanut butter, honey (or jam) and chocolate chips (or nuts).

Carrot Fries Recipe

Delicious and easy carrot fries recipe!

Carrot Fries Recipe

What you need:

1 Cup all purpose flour
2 tablespoon parmesan cheese,grated
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup carrot, finely shredded and thin
2 tablespoon canola or vegetable oil

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  • Combine the first four ingredients and stir to combine.
  • Using your hands, add the carrots to the flour mixture coating the carrot pieces with flour.
  • Add the oil and stir with your hands to bring the dough together.
  • Form the carrot parmesan dough into a flat rectangular disk and allow to rest for 1-2 minutes then roll out 1/2 inch thick on parchment paper or a dry clean surface.
  • Cut with a knife the dough into sticks, 2 inches long bij 1/4 inch wide.
  • Bake for 15 minutes at 400 degrees.

Rose Jam Recipe

Rose Jam RecipeThis photo is taken by my sister with her Sony Xperia Z2 phone and it turned out amazing.

(The rest of the photos i took with my own phone Samsung galaxy s3 mini).

This was my first try to make a jam of the rose petals. My mom is really good in making jams especially in aubergine, quince, strawberry, figs etc.

Yesterday we went to the garden to pick some fresh vegetables.

When we saw the rose we decided to make jam of it, to try it out.

After we came home a let them sit in the bag for today and because they were wet (from the rain) so they started to change color. I threw away the discolored ones.

This is how they look like

What you need:

  • 440 gram Rose petals

  • 1 kilogram sugar

  • 800 gram water

  • 2 lemon

First you add from the 1 kg sugar 3 handful to the rose petals and 1 lemon juice and you mix it with your hand till you can squish the rose juice out a little bit. Then let it sit for 10 min.

Meanwhile you cook the rest of the sugar and water.

When it starts boiling cook it for 10 minutes.

After 10 minutes add the rose petals all in. Cook it for 50-60 minutes. The last minute add the other lemon juice.

After it’s done cooking put the hot pan in cold water to cool it down a bit so it stops overcooking and that helps with keeping the color nice.

It turned out red while it was pink :)). Of Course you can make it with red or white rose.

Pumpkin Spice Latte

❄I found the Pumpkin Spice Latte recipe online and really wanted to try it because I love pumpkin :)

Pumpkin Spice LatteI could not find canned pumpkin puree and pumpkin spice so i had to make it myself.

What you need is:

  • 500ml  whole milk
  • 300g    pumpkin
  • 2tbsp   sugar
  • 2tbsp   vanilla extract
  • 1tsp     pumpkin spice
  • 120ml strong espresso

And the ingredients you need for the pumpkin spice:

  • 1tsp cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon ground ginger
  • Pinch of ground cloves
  • Pinch of ground nutmeg

I first roasted the pumpkin in the oven with a little bit sugar for half hour at 200 degrees. And then blend it till smooth.

Then mix the herbs together.

  • Heat the milk with two tablespoons of puree and sugar at medium heat. Stir until almost boiling. Remove the pan from the heat and add the vanilla and herbs.
  • Pour the mixture into a blender and blend it. Divide into two mugs and pour the coffee.
  • To finish it i add whipped cream and cinnamon.

Pumpkin Spice Latte



Monchou Cake

 Today I have a delicious recipe for you named Monchou Cake. It is so easy and delicious. 

What you need: 

– 200 grams monchou

– 200 grams of butter

– 1 pack of whole wheat cake

– 1 tbsp sugar

– 1 vanilla sugar (8 grams)

– 1 bag knock-fix (8 grams)

– 400 grams of whipped cream

– 1 can cherry pie filling


1 First you crumble the cake. Then melt the butter in a pan and mix it with the cookie crumbs.

2 Put the cookie crumbs in a bowl or pan and press it down firmly with a spoon then put it in the refrigerator for about 15 minutes.

3 Put in a bowl of whipped cream, vanilla sugar, knock-fix, sugar and mix until whipped.

4 In another bowl you add monchou and 1 tablespoon water and you crush it with a fork until smooth mass.

  1. Add monchou mix along with whipped cream and mix them again thoroughly.

6 Then do the icing on the cake crumbs and leave it in the fridge for at least 2 hours.

7 And finally you do flan fruit or jam on the cake.
