After seeing this post so many times on pinterest and on instagram I decided to make my own banana pancake, also it’s really easy and healthy.
You only need:
- 1 Banana (ripe)
- 2 Eggs
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon (if you like)
Smash the Bananas with a fork and add the eggs and cinnamon and mix well. Cook it with a little bit sunflower oil or if you want to make it healthier cook with coconut oil.
These pancakes are really good especially for breakfast they are filling and light.
