For lovers of coffee i have for you a traditional recipe to make your own Turkish coffee at home.
(Turkish: Türk kahvesi) is roasted and then finely ground coffee beans that is brewed in cezve, usually with sugar, and served in a cup. The best Turkish Coffee is made from freshly roasted beans ground just before brewing.
• The Coffee and the desired amount of sugar are stirred in cezve with water untill all the coffee sinks and the sugar is dissolved.
• Remove the spoon and put on moderate heat and no stirring or else the foam will dissolve.
• When the pot comes to boil, remove it from the heat.
• Skim the foam of the top and drip it into the cup, and then poor the coffee in it.
