What you need:
– 200 grams monchou
– 200 grams of butter
– 1 pack of whole wheat cake
– 1 tbsp sugar
– 1 vanilla sugar (8 grams)
– 1 bag knock-fix (8 grams)
– 400 grams of whipped cream
– 1 can cherry pie filling
1 First you crumble the cake. Then melt the butter in a pan and mix it with the cookie crumbs.
2 Put the cookie crumbs in a bowl or pan and press it down firmly with a spoon then put it in the refrigerator for about 15 minutes.
3 Put in a bowl of whipped cream, vanilla sugar, knock-fix, sugar and mix until whipped.
4 In another bowl you add monchou and 1 tablespoon water and you crush it with a fork until smooth mass.
- Add monchou mix along with whipped cream and mix them again thoroughly.
6 Then do the icing on the cake crumbs and leave it in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
7 And finally you do flan fruit or jam on the cake.
